Operator and legal review required before public launch: Add the operating entity, contact information, jurisdiction, eligibility and age requirements, dispute process, termination notice process, and any applicable consumer protections. These terms are a starting template, not a claim of legal compliance.

Your authorization

Connect only a Telegram account that you own and are authorized to use. By connecting it you authorize this service to read and copy supported private cloud conversations and media, including accessible historical content. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for any obligations relating to other people's information.

Your account

Protect your application password, Telegram credentials, and devices. Notify the operator of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share access, impersonate another person, attempt to bypass authorization, or use the service to collect information without permission.

Backup service

This service is a read-only archive, not a messaging client. It does not send or modify Telegram messages. It is independent of Telegram. Backups may be incomplete or delayed because of Telegram restrictions, inaccessible content, network interruptions, storage limits, or service failures. No uninterrupted availability or guaranteed recovery is promised. Keep other backups of essential information.

Retention and deletion

Messages expire based on their first archive time, normally after 60 days. Your settings show the configured period. Disconnecting stops synchronization while leaving existing copies subject to retention. Delete My Archive separately removes current archive data. It does not remove content from Telegram. Account deletion and offline backup expiration are handled according to the operator's published policy and applicable obligations.

Suspension and termination

The operator may restrict or terminate access for misuse, security risks, legal obligations, or service discontinuation. Notice and data retrieval arrangements must be specified by the operator before launch. You may stop using the service and disconnect your account at any time.

Changes and service guarantees

Features and policies may change. The operator will publish material changes and any required notice. Any limitation of liability must be reviewed for the operator's jurisdiction and cannot override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Free for 30 days from signup. Then ₱500 per month plus a 10% processing fee (₱550 total per month), including 5 GB storage. Select 1–12 months. Archived messages and media are retained for 60 days from first archive. When access expires, new backups pause; existing archives remain readable until retention expiry.
